Plus, his gimmicky spread offense is designed to generate huge passing numbers. I'm not sure whether Britt would excel in a more traditional offense.

Maybe if he were in a different program....

I wouldn't go that far. Britt will be recruited as a QB, just not by Ohio State in all likelihood. JT knows what he is looking for in a QB, and he'll find his guy. In addition, if Troy wins the Heisman this year, then many top national QB's will be checking out the Buckeyes.

Britt will be like Troy Smith.

Wait until you see his film from this year. He does not even look like the same player.

He outshined Brandon Saine head to head this year. he will be a Mr Football type candidate this year.

Once again I would defer to the offer to Pryor as an indication of where our QB priorities lie in the class of 2008.

Put up better numbers. and make everyone's jaw drop and gasp when you have the ball.

In no way am I saying that Saine is not good. I am only saying that Britt is really good.

So far, Domonick has thrown for 1943 yards and 15 touchdowns while running for 648 rushing yards and 5 touchdownsin 6 games. He is interested in tOSU and wants to attend a game, but wants to go where he will not have to redshirt.

Trotwood-Madison quarterback Domonick Britt went over 2,000 yards passing for the high school football season Friday night in the Rams' 41-21 defeat of Troy.

Britt was 19-of-28 throwing for 278 yards and touchdown passes of 52 and 6 yards to Roy Roundtree. Britt is 127-of-230 for the season for 2,221 yards and 17 TDs.
