Height: 6-foot-0
Weight: 165 lbs
Forty: 4.46 secs

Teammate of DB Lamarcus Joyner and OL Brandon Linder.

Rivals - FloridaVarsity - 08/05/09

Talks about Keion as one of the rising stars in Florida, as he has gained approximately twenty offers after his camp performances this summer.

Claims an offer from the Buckeyes, and that Ohio State is in his top five along with Miami, Florida, Florida State, and Tennessee (all offered). Payne plans to make official visits to his five favorites.

Another guy from Aquinas? Wow...Riggs, Payne, and Joyner will have to be the best secondary in the country. I believe they have another stud DB if I'm not mistaken. Hopefully we can land a few and dig a pipeline into Aquinas.

Not very tall, but I love how physical he is against opposing WRs. It also looks like he has great instincts and an awareness where the football is at all times. This is a great offer. I hope we have a chance here.

I love that we are getting in on more secondary players so if others choose elsewhere, OSU still has a lot of great options.

BN $ - Three-peat?

Jim Tressel has signed two players from the same high school in the same recruiting class a number of times since he has been at Ohio State including his 2009 recruiting class when he signed two from Pickerington Central and two from Monroeville (Pa.) Gateway standouts. This year he would like to sign three from the same school.

More of the same on Payne...same top 5 and wants to take visits.

Says he spoke with someone at each of his top 5 schools (below) on 9/1. He's still interested in all 5 but admits to growing up a Miami fan. Sounds like a Miami lean to me.
