2007 Player Performance opinions

Ya, Brian is a great possesion receiver.....let him play with Ginn and Holmes and see what his numbers look like.
Let any number of college WR's play with Ginn and Holmes and see what their numbers look like (with the exception of elite WRs, which is what you mentioned). You have your opinion... mine is Brian played better than I thought he would this season.

I'm in agreement with you. Brian had a great year, my point is for those that think his production was too low. He doesn't get the benefit of having two speed burners at wideout. Anthony Gonzalez was in the best possible situation.

A #3 wideout is only as good as #1 and #2 can make you IMO

I agree we really really need a gamebreaker at the WR spot and we just do not have that now..Robo made a lot of huge plays but I do not think he struck fear in opposing coaches like Holmes, Ginn and even Gonzo to an extent.

I am hoping Thomas or Posey can be that guy or even Ray step up but right now we do not have that homerun threat at WR and that allows a defense to be a lot more agressive.

This is a great write up. It is always interesting to see other peoples views on players perfomances. I agree with most of them.

Mo Wells is a player and needs to be used better.
Ross Homan did get his Medical Redshirt a few weeks ago. His brother Adam was offered and commited to tOSU about the same time.
Robert Rose, I was really looking forward to watching him this year. After I watched the Army All American Game a few years ago, he is impressive but hope he can stay healthy.
Brian Rolle is another guy that is exciting to watch. On Special Teams this year he was on a mission to get the tackle every time. He seems to always bring a lot of energy to the field also. Always jumping around. Hope he gets is shot on defense and tears it up!
