I think I'd be tempted to call the kid and tell him to turn around.

I know the coaches are more politically correct than I am, but forget that. You don't need negativity around the other recruits we are trying to land.

I guess Mattison may be able to reprogram him when he gets on campus. But I'm about ready to write this one off

Gotta say, it's pretty reminiscent of Billy Price, right down to removing the tweet. With Billy, the impression I got was that Coach Montgomery confronted him and basically told him to pack his bags. Makes me wonder if something similar will happen here (assuming, of course, the coaches even know about it).

In the end, it's just a recruit and there are others so who really cares. But it seems odd to see this kind of disrespectful behavior from multiple recruits in one year. I don't recall ever seeing stuff like this before and it's not like Twitter/Facebook/MySpace were just invented in the last few months.

EDIT: Just checked out the kid's twitter and it looks like UM fans must be giving him a hard time over the removed message. Let it go, people.

They have been annoying him constantly throughout his CBus visit, why class it up now?

First of all we were never going to get this kid in the first place, never. A monster recruit from the south who also has OSU ties, yeah right. Second, seriously any kid who speaks longingly about Columbus, serious judgement issues.

+1. Thomas Strobel is more than capable of manning the 5-tech for us in the coming years. Taco very well could grow into a 5-tech too and he's just as athletic as Bosa, if not moreso.

Go after Mathis, Poggi and Gibbs.

you know, i gotta agree here. Usually i don't take too much stock in twitter and comments and such. But come on, you're visiting the school you're disrespecting, you're putting it on twitter for everybody to see. WHY??? Even if its just to get attention, I don't need another attention whore for us to fight over. Somebody needs to start telling these kids to grow up. And yes, i know there kids, but come on. My parents would kill me if i posted that while I was on my way to visit that school.

To those saying "he is just an impressionable kid" please stop. If you insult the university that offered you a scholarship to get a free education, then you don't deserve to enjoy the perks of that university. He can come, but if I were on the coaching staff I would tell him he can sit in the stands with the general public and enjoy the game. I wouldn't give him anything acknowledging that he is a recruit.

Go back to that dump Bosa. I'd be thrilled to watch you have your A$$ handed to you by Kugler, Kalis and Co. And make no mistake about it. This kid is ending up as a SDE or inside at DT.

I'm not sure why this kid is so in love with Columbus. I've lived most of my life here and I can honestly say that it is the biggest ****hole in the world. There is nothing appealing about a city when 75% of it is rundown and ghetto.
