And again. At least Okie Lite made it halfway through the 2nd quarter before bitching down and choosing negativity. Shitty game with no other football to watch. Fuck you, Disney.

Overall I'm pleased w/the BIG in bowl games (looking at all games). Sparty and Iowa, while utterly embarrassing, shouldn't have been a surprise to anybody. I laughed and drank all the way through each one, pointing fingers at each of them. Indiana should have won, that game pissed me off. Didn't expect Nebraska to beat UCLA, so that made up for it I guess. The conference has become more consistent again, it's fun to watch. Don't give a fuck what ESPN or anyone else says about the conference.

I'm am now of the belief that it's time to say goodbye to conference championship games and line up an 8 team playoff. It's time to get a power 5 conference schedule rotation in the regular season and say fuck this whole "when you lost in the season matters" bullshit. Looking at the BIG this year, Sparty is #1 and Iowa #2. Right. The only way to truly find "one true champion" is to let all teams who might be good enough line up and play. Even if they have 2 losses, don't give a fuck when those losses happen (but it should matter to who they lost to and how). I think that will make the regular season every bit as compelling as it is now.
