*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

I've had recent interactions with weasels online where they are 100% genuinely shocked that people think they cheated. Like "this is the 1st I'm hearing of this so there's no way it's true" level of delusion. It's insane.

They've been working hard to convince themselves that the turnaround was due to a strength coach, their coordinators being prescient, Jimmy having the lightbulb come on at 60, or some other genius move by a michigan man.

These morons are watching their heroes leave after the NC as if it was a one night stand, and are too stupid to realize their program got used by the Harbaughs and their cronies to artificially boost careers and learn on the job. Jimmy's had his bags packed since January '22 and the rest of the rats followed suit after their cheating scheme got revealed.

Reality seems to be starting to sink in with the DFBIA after the announcement that Herbert is following Hairball to L.A.
THIS however just might be the funniest thing I'll see for months.
From Stadium and Main........

Belicheck and Brady to Michigan? Makes perfect sense. Go ahead, add spy gate and inflationgate to your stainless reputation. Hell, bring Stalions bzack too and have the complete set. Just what you need to throw the NCAA bloodhounds off the scent.

Also Warde stomps on their NIL hopes and dreams

Didn't I read previously about tcun using NIL last year to go hard after players (Corum comes to mind) to keep them at tsun instead of them declaring for the draft? That sure seems like "inducement" to me. Of course, my degree isn't from that fine institution in Ann Arbor (is a whore) like Warde's is so maybe I don't have as good of a grasp of the English language as he does.

Just sayin': Two points here.....

1) You can't really really believe anything anyone says at that school. They all have a record of blatantly lying about their involvement in "cheat-gate". Why would you expect any of them to be honest about NIL?

2)
“It’s a great place and a great academic school,” Manuel said. “I’m not going to shy away from that. That’s who we are. We have been very successful with our student-athletes on and off the field. Michigan is a great institution. It’s the same institution for the same reason I chose it back in 1986. Because of its great academics and athletics and that combination. It is who we are and we’ll work through it like we always have.

“I’m proud of the student-athletes who have come here and the success they’ve had. You look at this football team and how it was built over time and the success we generated. But you also have to look at the success they’ve generated in the classroom. The APR. The success they’ve had. The number of academic All-Big Tens and Academic All-Americans. All those different things that come out. I’m really proud.”
OK, if all that is actually true why do (almost) 99% of the football players just major in "General Studies" or some other wimp ass degree program?

They are no different than any other big football school (and that goes for ND too). They go after the same kids. They'll gladly take that 5* with 900 SAT's and shuffle him off to the kinesiology department or have him bounce around in a "general studies" major where he never takes anything beyond a 200 level course.

Hell, even Stanford does it. They may not take it as far as USC or Ohio State or Michigan does, but they do it. Their freshman football SAT average was reported in the wake of Rosen's public comments. It was more than 300 points lower than that of an average freshman...an average freshman at Ohio State.

Geez getting left with a bare cupboard… love to see it.

Only way this gets better is if kids transfer out. I’m really hoping a few leave to make this upcoming season a train wreck sort of year.
I'm standing by my earlier prediction. Bad loss to Tejas. Loss to Oregon. What had damned well better be a bad loss to Ohio State. They split U-Dub and USC. Lose one that they should win when they can't score more than 9 points (Fresno out the gate would be nice). Five loss season; no playoff bid. After that, NCAA sanctions bite, and the wheels are off the fucking bus.

They can keep all their strength coaches and players and even get Corum and McCarthy to un-declare for all I care.......as long as they get the NCAA punishments they deserve: forfeiture of wins, multi year post season bans, multi year scholarship reductions, show causes for Harbaugh, Minter, Moore, and Harbaugh lite.
