*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

I went to MI a few weeks back(wife had a co-worker invite us up To Holland, to celebrate work Goals and enjoy some tasty bourbon) and one of the guys there was a scUM alum. He was a decent guy for the most part, and treaded talking ball much since he knew I was an OSU fan. But he brought up not liking NIL because it doesn’t make it “fair” for schools like scUM  I asked him what that meant, and he said that their school couldn’t afford to keep up in the NIL race. I started laughing, and had to compose myself before telling him:

“THATS YOUR FAULT AS A FAN AND ALUM! You need to start getting guys like yourself to start putting money where your mouths are, because that excuse doesn’t work, especially after just winning an NC. You all deserve no sympathy. You’re a stock trader, who knows other traders in this state, your school has Im sure MANY wealthy alum, tell them to get off their asses. Don’t get mad at OSU for stepping their NIL game up, they should’ve been doing this, and the $13mil that was rumored about, should’ve been $20mil. The kids deserve it, and the fans/alum realize that this is where we are as a sport, either adapt or die”

I didn’t realize that several people at the dinner stopped their convos to listen to me, but they agreed. ScUM has 3 straight wins against OSU, i hope OSU wins every game they play until the end of time. i want a close game to be within 3TDs. I hope scUM never gets their NIL shit together and Day curb stomps them until he retires and then the next HC does the same
Just makes me sick that they got to finish their season.

I whined and cried to no one from late October until our game basically that they needed to be banned.

I inherently knew those cocksuckers would rally behind the calls of the media and the rest of the country. I specifically knew going into their stadium with the 2023 offense was just never going to work out.

Does that mean I wanted to dodge them? Yes.

I wanted to end their year like they tried to do our in 2020 for no damn reason.

I hope we nuke Sparty into the damn earth for the next 100 years. Because it’s them who had the chance to refuse to play. If they had refused to play and said “fuck it, then make us forfeit” they would’ve called the game. Then I think many others in the big ten would’ve done the same (especially Purdue 2 weeks later).

I knew they would win it all I really did. Maybe it was the shitty CFP landscape, maybe it was the 100 6th year players they had, but mainly I didn’t trust that they already knew what to expect,

I’d look up who their UFA prospects are, but that search might take me to a part of the internet affiliated with those cheaters, so…

Looking at their 7th round prospects though, I am not at all surprised to see that 2 of the 4 were linebackers. If I’m a pro scout, I would be awfully skittish about drafting anyone for that position when I have precious little video of him playing without the benefit of knowing what’s coming

Michigan thought they would have the most picks in one draft. They finished with 13, 2 behind the record set by Georgia. 4 of their players came off at the very end of round 7.
Ha

They don’t even have the B1G record, which is still Ohio State’s 2004 draft class of 14

When the Buckeyes saw that much talent exit they predictably had a down year

I’m sure it’ll be fine for the CUNTS though. It’s not like they’ve had mid recruiting lately or lost talent to the portal into the bargain.

I don’t follow recruiting, so the following is based only on RIVALS rankings, which were easiest to find. I’ll go over the three biggest draft classes, and the recruiting rankings for the three most recent years to the draft class to give a sense of what level of player was stepping in to those shoes

Ohio State lost 14 to their 2004 draft class
Recruiting Rankings:
2002: 5
2003: 41
2004: 9

Georgia lost 15 to their 2022 class
Recruiting Rankings:
2020: 1
2021: 5
2022: 3

The CUNTS lost 13 to the nfl draft
2022: 9
2023: 18
2024: 13

It is easy to see why Ohio State had a down year and Georgia did not, but there is more to it

Both OSU and the other B1G team lost their QB in their largest draft class. Georgia did not

Additionally, it could be said that Georgia was remarkably fortunate with their roster. Their returning QB was not part of their spectacular recruiting rankings; he was a former walk on. So one could fairly say that they had those great recruiting classes PLUS one of only 3 quarterbacks in history to win back to back NCs. Ohio State on the other hand, could say only that the best player they had recruited in the previous 3years was a 1 and done. And that their OL coach and OC was not producing at a rate commensurate with the taken on hand.

Some say that it takes only 1 top 5 recruiting class to compete for an NC. Ohio State 2004 showed that 1 is not enough when you have lost a big draft class. Georgia shows the kind of recruiting it takes to lose a big draft class and still be great (keeping your qb doesn’t hurt). The CUNTS don’t have even 1 top 5 class, they DID lose their QB, they HAVE had attrition on the roster that UGA didn’t have, and rather than having 1 iffy coach on the staff, their entire staff has been cobbled together from the sweepings of college football.

Even if the Sword of Damocles weren’t hanging over their heads, there is no rational reason to believe their 2024 season will be anything less than a glorious train wreck

I'm sure it was discussed privately by teams. Sadly, acknowledging publicly that the very integrity of the games was compromised by Harbaugh and Stalions seems to be some third rail that nobody will touch. Perhaps if the NCAA gives them some official cover so that they can't ignore it, things might change. I'm sure, however, that Herbstreit will continue to bury his frosted tips in the sand even after that.

And they finished behind the 2nd place 2004 Buckeyes who had 14.

Is there an echo in here?

I will only feel better once we crush them this season.

And hopefully every one after.
It’ll be the final blow for their program IMO.

They’ll lose 3 games prior to our game I think and when we hand them their 4th they’ll start their bowl ban, their shitty recruiting kicks in, the rest of their roster graduates/moves on, and they begin a 5 year unprecedented run of 5 loss seasons
