i justdid two seasons as osu's d coordinator. i recruited but simmed all the games. i dont care for how quickly things change with regards to your program. in year one the bucks lost 3 or 4 games and in the second season a lot got worse, our tv exposure went down, our facilities went down, coach prestige, somehow our tv exposure was worse than the big12 teams. i feel certain another thing dropped too. was rather irritating.

I just finished my first off season... While only winning 5 games as the Kent St OC, I hit several of my one season goals and ended up being offered the HC position at a couple 1* schools and the OC at several other small schools, the top position being the OC at Kentucky. I took it... It was fun to mull over whether to stick another year at Kent or make a big jump to the SEC and a 3 star program.

I am ALL for starting as coordinators. If we end up spread out over different conferences, so be it, we can play non conference games....

one thing I don't like about the coaching thing is the stupid AI, playing as a crappy team and playing against #4 Stanford, I got it to about their 30 yd line and was going to kick a FG (I made a 50 yarder last game) but instead, the head coach decides to punt, and they drove down in scored

Try forcing Michigan to punt, only to watch the AI give up a fake punt conversion (which happens a lot this year near midfield).

Thanks that's helpful. Would someone like to estimate the draft order based on winning % / success?

not sure how that will be possible, just because no body really kept track of their stats....but I do know Mac would be #1

maybe I don't like it cause that means I'll have a relatively low pick

also if you do that, where do you put some of the new people?
