49ers -4.5 at Falcons (ov/un 49.5) Sun 3:00 Fox

This is why you don't waste a time out in the 3rd quarter to avoid a 5 yard penalty. 40 seconds would be huge.

The 49ers are on their 6th two-game winning streak of the season. None of the previous 5 reached three games. Interesting.

San Fran picked a great time to end that pattern and get their first 3 game winning streak of the season.

Not even a Hail Mary? :shake:

I was just going to reference the Hail Mary Jim Harbaugh threw in the AFC championship game for the Colts that was so nearly caught - maybe 1996 against the Chargers? Of course, I posted that in the Browns thread instead.

I only watched a few minutes of NFL this year, including some of the 49er game.

However, it appears to me that there are 2 "spread" teams in the super bowl.

That means a spread team will win the super bowl.

I guess that means that tOSU plays plays a "pro set" game?

And Braxton Miller is then a "Pro style" quarterback?
