5 Bold Predictions - 2013 Edition

1. Manziel doesn't play a game this year
2. UNC wins the ACC
3. OSU goes undefeated, duh, and wins the NC against....
4. Stanford, who cruises to an undefeated year after a victory over Oregon during the regular season
5. Clowney wins the Heisman prompting Spurrier to say more obscenely stupid comments

*scUM loses a minimum of 3 games and Gardener is not the demigod they think but similar to T-Mart

1. OSU (Cameron Johnston) leads the nation in net punting, but doesn't have enough attempts to make it official.

2. By game 6, Eli Apple is starting at cornerback.

3. Oregon loses three or more games (including the bowl game)

4. Texas A & M loses at home to SMU.

5. Georgia starts the season 1-3 and then wins the rest of their games.

Bonus: Despite Ohio State averaging 45+ PPG and winning the NC, Tom Herman stays at Ohio State . . . unless Texas fires or forces out Mack Brown, in which case he becomes the new head coach at Texas.

1) Miller becomes OSU's first 3-mile-man (5280+ yards total offense)
2) The Silver Bullets will set the school record for interceptions
3) , but none of them will have more than 8 individually.
4) The Buckeyes' Differential Statistical Composite will be > 6.
5) After never having had a play from scrimmage of 90+ yards in their history, the Buckeyes will do it twice in one game.

I sense a lack of focus to go with a theoretically brutal early slate. Then they'll get it together and obliterate a pretty weak last two-thirds of the schedule and Frosty Tips will declare that they are truly the best team in the country and should get to play one-loss Alabama in the NC ahead of an undefeated OSU team because they have SEC speed . . .

1. Louisville goes undefeated and does not play in the BCS title game. Passed over for a one-loss Alabama and Stanford.

2. Ohio State loses one game. Against either Northwestern or Michigan on the road.

3. And Ohio State lose another game. Against a team it shouldn't.

4. Buckeyes still win the B1G title against... Michigan State.

5. Teddy Bridgewater wins the Heisman as a consolotation prize for not playing in the BCS title game.

1. Our toughest challenge will end up being Northwestern.
2. Johnny Manziel will throw 18+ ints and A&M will be a major disappointment.
3. We will win one game in OT.
4. Illini will win exactly one conference game.

1. Ohio State loses 2 games.
2. Louisville goes undefeated, however they do not make the BCS Championship game.
3. Notre Dame loses 4 games and Brian Kelly punches a player on the sideline.
4. Oregon starts out 7-0, then loses 3 of their next 5 games.
5. Bama beats Texas A&M by 20 points. On their way to another BCS Championship.
