I am sorry to hear this news, WW. Unfortunately cancer is just an UGLY, UGLY disease having no mercy on its' prey. The ONLY silver lining with the disease is it affords people time to say things that might otherwise not be shared. Use this time wisely! My prayers go out to you and your family!

Cancer has touched many of us.
My sister had breast cancer.
My father -in-law died days before our wedding.
We must honor those who have died or survived by supporting cancer funding and research.
And always keep our loved ones in our hearts.

Both my parents beat cancer,I'm so lucky. Sometimes I wonder if they get it though! My moms was under her tongue ,well I caught her smoking a few times up to about 2 years ago & now that my dad CANNOT smoke, I ratted her out to the doctor for their benefit!
She thought she was sneaky~baah~ha~ha!

He's the guy that turned me on to TOSU football, and did a good job raising a "SICK" Buckeye fan in me. Any well-wishes would be greatly apreciated.

Peace.

God bless you, your father, and your family as all of you confront this development.

Dubs, there is really nothing that any of us can say to you. It is a journey that most of us make, losing the man who has had the greatest influence on our lives.

BuckeyeRyn had some good advice. Leave nothing unsaid. Finish all business between you. Speak from the heart. Thank hima and tell him exactly what you will miss about him when he is gone. Then, urge him to fight like hell and stay a while longer.

If you speak to people facing death, the thing they most want is for people to stop acting like nothing is wrong. Death is a transition in life that we all ultimately face. He, and you, will be most helped by talking about it.

Strength! You will be in the prayers of many here.
