This is just another example of the ridiculousness of the NC-double a$$holes. The guys got a gift bag for taking part in a charity event (a gift bag that EVERYONE at the event got). And they get the same suspensions as the Miami kids?????? And of course ESPiN was ALL OVER IT!!!!!

So for Akron we are down: 6 players for Tattoo-gate/NFL supplemental(Pryor, Adams, Boom, Whiting, Thomas, Posey), 3 players for pink tshirt-gate,(Hall, Brown, Howard) 1 player for teams rule suspension(Linsley), 2 for injury(Berry, Evenge), and 3 transfers since Spring ball (Bell, Newsome, Louis)

15 players or almost 18% of our scholarship roster. Wow. :yow1:

Not too mention the loss of our coach who AT WORST was the 3rd best coach in the entire country over the past decade.

I hope that the players don't take this game as lightly as I am with this statement (and am confident they don't actually), but thank goodness we are playing a team like Akron this week. (yes I did knock on wood with a statement like that)

I know that, but it because of the NCAA rules they were suspended. And the NCAA rule is what they used to pass down the suspension. Based on what Jacorky and crew got from the NCAA for their infractions the Gift Bag 3 should only have to sit out 3 plays each....

Motion to use this term to refer to suspended players? Can also be shortened to "GB3".
