Possibly all children

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Texas authorities on Tuesday have found up to 30 bodies, possibly all children, buried at a house in a rural county east of Houston, local media reported.

The Liberty County Sheriff's Office said 25 to 30 bodies were found, according to KPRC television.

Preliminary reports indicated the bodies are those of children, the TV station reported.

The sheriff did not immediately return telephone calls or e-mails by Reuters.

Maybe not...

LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas -- Liberty County officials said they have no evidence of "deceased persons" despite earlier reports of dozens of bodies found in a rural area.

The Liberty County Sheriff's Office initially said 25 to 30 bodies were discovered outside a home at the intersection of County Roads 2049 and 2048 between Hardin and Daisetta.

FBI was called in, and I doubt the locals would call them in unless they knew something more than a random tip. Misdirection, maybe? Yeah, you don't get tips like this every day, but you also don't tell reporters you found 20+ dead kids, you tell them you received a tip for 20+ dead kids. Even if it was originally picked up off the scanners, they're (hopefully) going to call to at least try to confirm it.*

Also, this immediately made me think of watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

*EDIT: That is to say, someone fucked up on a colossal scale here. Its either true and it got slipped when it shouldn't have, the reporter just wholesale ignored that it was a tip and not actual bodies, or someone at the police station screwed up the facts talking to the reporter. I'm not suggesting a conspiracy theory.

Supposedly it was tip from a psychic. They went to a house and found nothing then were told it was the wrong hOuse and then went to another one and found what could have been blood.

WTF? Really? Now that, that psychic bit, that's funny.*

*Assuming no dead kids are found.

Bankston said he's owned the property for a little over three years. He admitted his son, Joe, is a convicted sex offender, but said he hasn't lived in Hardin for over a year.
"He lived with us for a little while, but had to go to Michigan about a year ago for a court appearance and never came back," Bankston said. "Last I heard, he was in Ohio."

This could be very bad.

How in the [censored] can you possibly "think" you found over two dozen dismembered children and then conclude that maybe you really didn't?
Visit the Terrelle Pryor thread for a minute and then ask "how in the fuck" someone can do something.

I'm at a loss, really. The rapture. We were left behind. That's the only sensible explanation.
