I think these are two good teams facing off.. calling them both "so bad" is pretty far off IMO. I don't think it's just a coincidence that they're both playing their worst games of the year.

these teams are so bad that it takes them 10 minutes to get a punt off...and then even when the punt does get off...there is a flag that negates the punt.

I didn't think they really know what a punt is, based on their regular season offenses..

Honestly I don't see why you have a problem with them. Teams don't have very many kickers and when one gets hurt its really bad. Those penalties are to prevent the kickers from getting hurt and the reason they are severe is so the defense tries to do it as little as possible.
