BCS Title Game: LSU +1.5 vs Bama (ov/un 40.5) Mon Jan 9th 8 ET, ESPN

LSU defeats Oregon, and WVU both won their BCS bowls. As well as the SEC going 3-1 vs the Big10 the margin of victory was something like 120-50 or so.

They dominated. I dont think anyone can hate them from what they have accomplished

Im sick of this "offense' bullshit. We've seen it before when the SEC played Oklahoma and Oregon in the NC. They were non-factors

I don't know why you got so defensive, the statement was that defensively, the SEC wasn't stellar outside of Bama/LSU THIS YEAR.

Don't drink the Kool-Aid. This wasn't a good year for the SEC, as a whole.

Besides it also being a shit stew, I have no interest on the outcome of this game. LSU is getting the raw deal here. They had to travel to Tuscaloosa to win. Bammer gets their shot on a de facto neutral field. I know the crowd is LSU-centric, but it isn't the same, so don't try. The whole thing is a clusterfuck. We may end up having a National Champion who didn't even win it's own division, let alone conference.

Why didn't they just save the country this f'ing pain, and just do "penalty kicks."

Start from the 25yd, moving back 2-3 yards per try, each team gets a try. Whoever successfully kicks the longest wins. Done. Pain over.

This is a fugging SNOOZEFEST.

...Back to "How the universe works" on Science channel, which I've seen 1,724 times on Netflix, but is more exciting than this "championship" game, and actually keeps me AWAKE, because this is boring me to DEATH!
Wonder if I can call in sick tomorrow, because of massive boredom?

I dont know, Maybe. All of their top teams won/will win

Bama/LSU is pending
Arkansas beat the 2nd best Big12 team
Auburn won
Scar,Florida, Mississippi State, all won vs the Big10

SEC East champs lost to Michigan State, though Scar was always higher ranked and to them head to head. I'd say overall the SEC did damn good
