Best day ever for Cleveland sports?

Sad as it is.

I know everything can and possibly will collapse over the weekend, but I can't remember a time when Cleveland sports fans had as much to be happy about as today. Browns won two in a row against the AFC North and look as good as they have since they came back. The Cavs went to the NBA finals. The Indians are in the playoffs and just whooped on the Yankees. OSU is undefeated and ranked #4.

As long as Lebron doesn't watch the Indians get pounded tonight while wearing a Knicks jersey I will most likely still be happy on Monday.

When did the Browns win two in a row? I know they did it in the pre-season, but I don't think you would be getting real excited about that.

Wouldn't it be Ohio sports? Ohio State plays in the mens bball final and NC football game ... hell, even the Columbus Destroyers were in the AFL championship game.

... It'd be nice to see an Ohio team win one of these fucking things sometime this year. :roll1:

It's amazing the difference that 2 years makes. Can we change this thread title to Confirmed? :p

Eric Wedge fired, Derek Anderson named starter for Sunday.

Things are looking up in Cleveland today.

Yeah, I think today might qualify for the best day in Cleveland sports. Well, if Mangini got fired today it would be icing on the cake!
