JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greets restaurant guests with a positive friendly attitude. Assures patrons are seated in a timely manner assuring that guest have a favorable dining experience.

1. Great the guest and escort them to their tables in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Make sure that the room is properly utilized at all times.
3. Keep front-of-the house organized and running smoothly.
4. Must have complete knowledge of buffet, policies and procedures; complete knowledge of buffet amenities.
5. Teamwork oriented mindset s a must.
6. Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. At least 1 year experience as a host and/or customer service.
3. One year restaurant experience preferred.
4. Knowledge of alcohol awareness. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.
5. Ability to perform assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.

He'll be hanging around an all you can eat buffet anyway, he might as well get paid for it.
