after getting torched in The Game and watching VaTech throw on us all day, I'd say we need more help in the secondary than you think.

Reeves will go a long way in that department, in my IMO

Commensurate with the opinions from the Mich. people I've talked to as well...

I guess.... I don't think he sees the field as a freshman unless he is just really special. We were playing alot of young guys all over the place on defense last year including 5 freshman too be exact... your going too have breakdowns you just have too try and limit them as much as possible and Michigan did that more often then not. I think that more then anything contributed too the problems in the secondary . When your dline is not consistently getting pressure and your safety play in coverage is a little above average... you put alot of stress on your corners and it forced Mattison too play alot of Man too Man coverage and send blitzes alot more then he would have liked because of the issues with dline generating consistent pressure. I think overall the secondary held up pretty well this year considering all the issues and all of the young guys we were playing. I really like the potential of our secondary going into this season just need too find a way too get more speed at safety.

Are you guys looking to get both Reeves and Cox, or is it one or the other?
Both in a big way. When the visit was rescheduled, we wrongly assumed Cox was a plan B guy.

Losing Clarke hurts their corner depth, and safety is a major need after Barnett & Bryant graduate (who have had their issues also).

Ok, I don't know recruiting and in-home visit rules.

How does UM get TWO in-home visits? One from Hoke and one from Mattison? My understanding is that the in-home visit is a one time thing per school.

Head coaches are only allowed one in home visit, while assistant coaches are not limited to one.
