Matt Cooke has received a lot of calls this year based on reputation.. because there is no other reason. They need to just call the fucking games as they see them and get rid of their biases. Believe it or not, penalties affect games.

People need to watch Sid. Apparently many haven't seen him since his rookie season. He doesn't whine, he doesn't dive, he just goes out there and outplays everyone in the league. He's arguably the best playmaker, goalscorer and one of the better two-way players in the league. That's insane.

And I love when Flyers fans call Crosby a whiner. Mike Richards is a little bitch. Really good player. Really big bitch.

Is there a Blue Jackets thread somewhere around here? :lol:

Anyway at 39 points, they are still scrapping for the 8th spot. The problem is they are on the road for basically all of January, though they actually seem to play pretty well on the road for the most part. It is the month that will definitely make or break the season though...I just wish one of the goaltenders could follow up a good game with another solid one instead of getting yanked.

As for the refs, it seems like a lot of guys get reputation calls...but Nash isn't one of them despite the fact he is one of the best players in the league.

Well, Nashville's #1 center at the moment is Marcel Goc. So Nashville should have some trouble putting the puck into the net. They're without Steve Sullivan, Matthew Lombardi and Martin Erat.

(I'm not sure how long those guys have been out.. so maybe they're doing fine without all of them :lol:)

Commodore has requested a trade according to Portzline. Tampa Bay was the first team that came to mind, but I'm not sure if they have salary they want to get rid of in return?

Souray would've been too perfect. Don't understand why that didn't happen.
