Updated: Monday, December 12, 2011

CANTON Se?Von Pittman and Steve Miller will play together again. The two McKinley High School stars ? Miller graduated last year ? will be Buckeyes.

Pittman changed his verbal commitment from Michigan State and told new Ohio State Head Coach Urban Meyer he will be part of the Buckeyes? 2012 recruiting class.

?If it?s the best decision for him, if he?s happy with it and he and his family feel that?s the best for him, I happy for him and I support Se?Von,? said McKinley head coach Ron Johnson, who confirmed Pittman?s change. ?That?s our responsibility to help these young men make decisions to have success in the future and be happy. If he?s happy, I?m good with it.?

Welcome aboard gentlemen. My question with both of these signings and the possibility of Dodson. Where does that leave Spence and Diamond and the other verbal offers that are choosing to wait until NLOID. Are they going to hang on to those schollys and hope for the best. Possibly carry them over to next year to fill in on any lost thru sanctions or fill them while they can?

Sorry to get off base on this forum this was just the first thing that popped into my head. NO FILTER HERE.
