Nice to see the pitchers were praticing the throws to third yesterday. AL Central is once again IMO the toughest division in MLB, with every team but the Royals having a legit chance. Tigers need to find a reliable LHP out of the bullpen to replace Jamie Walker. Sheffield (if healthy) should produce in the middle of the line-up. Sounds like top-pick Kyle Sleeth, after being out almost 2 years after Tommy John surgery, is looking good. Here is a link on some of the early info....link.
 
Count me among those who think Z should be the closer, but not after this meltdown versus the ChiSox

Come on Tibs, he was just making it exciting. That game was a complete snoozer prior to the bottom of the 9th. With that kind of heat though, it is surprising that he is a setup man (he's a damn good setup man though).
