By Young.....Says he has always wanted to play for Urban Meyer and likes the Ohio State offense. Has high interest in Florida State, Clemson & Ohio State. Will camp at Ohio State this summer.

This is more like an offer than an OFFER. Nunez, Wimbush, or Gibson could call up and commit tomorrow. Francois and some of the other QBs on the radar probably need to come to camp to firm up their offer. Having said that, I would love to see a QB class of Gibson and Francois.

Maybe OFFERED as an athlete, instead of offered as a QB?

I think Francois is a QB and he needs to throw at camp to have that offer firmed up. OSU isn't pushing for him the way they are for Gibson or Wimbush. That tells me he needs to spend some time throwing in front of Herman and Meyer this summer.
