my mistake, they don't play indiana. but isn't anyone concerned that if both osu and sparty each lose one game that sparty could get in on a tie-breaker? osu looks really good and i don't think that they will lose a game, but it is possible.

Buckeyes aren't playing for the Rose Bowl. If tOSU and Sparty both go 12-0, tOSU is in the BCS Title Game, and Sparty will be in the BCS, but not in the Rose Bowl (they'll most likely have to take Boise St or TCU by a special rule).

i agree, but i know that a lot of people think that osu will lose this weekend in wisconsin. what do you think if both sparty and osu have one loss?

hahaha Dayton does suck. Lived there for 2 years when I was in grad school. I now know why the Wright Brothers invented the airplane...to get the f@#k out of dayton

there aren't many things to in the DYT other than go to Cincy or Cbus....lol

Congrats on the job though!

Ohio State has six tough games left. Any BigTen game is a tough game but Iowa and Wisconsin will be particularly tough challenges. Penn State and TSUN will play the Buckeyes like it is their real bowl game this year.

I suppose the folks you mention are of a mind that Wisky and Camp Randall have been special challenges for Jim Tressel-coached teams. My thinking is that he has been getting his team ready for upcoming challenges for weeks.

We can be sure that Ohio State will walk into all of their remaining games knowing that they need to bring their best, because being undefeated may not be enough this year.

the people i was referring to were the people on this board who predicted they would lose to wisconsin before the season started. however, i think that osu looks better than we thought they would and will now win this game. i was just trying to play devil's advocate.

Maybe it was just me but I could have sworn I saw flashes of Sparty trying to be Sparty yesterday, it was just that scUM was so bad they didn't let them.

It's not really something we should worry about no matter what but I'd lay a small wager Sparty can't run the table.

When scUM cut it to 31-17, msu proceeded to run off a couple of boneheaded drives that looked like they were actually about to let scUM back in the game, but hairlice handed it right back to them with an interception as they were driving again. They definitely looked like they were morphing back into sparty of old, but scUM "out-spartied" sparty.
