basically it is just a good way to smack the hell out of each other on the first day with pads (and it's a whole lot of fun, unless you're going up against Beanie with a ball in his hands, I don't think that would be much fun in hoot n' holler)

Mr. Incredible can vouch for this drill, we had to do it in HS in Westerville. It fricking rocks...except when you get your a$$ kicked in the drill.
