Jimbo Fisher (ex-HC Texas A&M Aggies)

It'll be interesting to see if ol' Jimbo lays out all out there like he did for his golden boy last year. I'm guessing he'll be singing a different tune, simply because this kid isn't the defending Heisman trophy winner. It'll also be interesting to see how the mother of last year's recruit that sent her son there because of the way Jimbo defended/lied for/played stupid for/stood beside/"I'm not sure I'm just here to win football games" for reacts when Jimbo throws this kid under the bus. If Tressel's transgressions got him canned... How does this clown, and I do mean clown, stay employed? My only hope is they stumble through the ACC again, and by some miracle we meet them in the first round of the playoffs. I want to see Jimbo owned at the hands of the buckeyes before he gets fired.

He'll be suspended for the first quarter against Texas State. Jimbo doesn't mess around.

Dadgummit.

Re: While Johnson's odds to win the starting job over Sean Maguire were not great, they were better than his chances to beat out both Maguire and former Notre Dame quarterback Everett Golson. Maguire has an experience advantage against Golson, but Johnson's one spring practice of college football does not give him much of an edge against the seasoned college starter.

Since he's likely going to be 3rd string (at best), he may get suspended an entire half.

You have to take the heat index into account. Too much heat and humidity and your 1s and 2s need an extra breather. Any tight ship captain knows that.

FSU announces the creation of a new player status: The Judicial Review Red Shirt. This new status adds flexibility to the concept of justice without having any actual juris prudence implications. While under JRRS the student athlete has time to confer with coaches, lawyers, witnesses, FSU spin doctors, his agent, ESPN personnel, parents, religious adviser, and the sheriff of All of Tallahassee to create (ie concoct) a scenario and punishment that best fits the crime, the needs of the Seminole football team and the convenience of the athlete. JRRS can be declared at any time in the off season and any Sunday morning in season. The duration of the JRRS will be established by coaching staff and the FSU athletic director with the athlete given the right to appeal or reject the sentence. The player may have as many JRRS's as his career and the needs of the FSU football team require.

After reviewing footage from the bar's security cameras, authorities confirmed the stories from the victim and witnesses and decided to charge Johnson with misdemeanor battery. As such, a warrant has been issued but Johnson will not be taken into custody.

A) I'm shocked that TPD actually went so far as to investigate and watch the video
B) How the fuck does one get charged with battery, have a warrant issued but not actually...you know...arrested? They just ask you nicely to come to trial if you feel like it?

Video shows punch that led to QB De'Andre Johnson's arrest

See video (at about 1:50) : http://www.tallahassee.com/story/news/2015/07/06/video-shows-punch-that-led-to-qbs-arrest/29775149/

Contains violent content. FSU quarterback De'Andre Johnson at the Tallahassee bar Yiannis, State Attorney's Office
Saw it on the news earlier.

She didn't cut in line, she just wouldn't let him cut in line in front of her.

Tallahassee PD must be slipping, didn't get those tapes erased before they made it to the media.
