Whiting gets high mark

Trinity High School linebacker Jordan Whiting was the only Kentucky player ranked among the top 100 in the Lindy's College Football Preview.

The magazine listed the top 100 prospects from the Class of 2009 and Whiting (photo left) was No. 47.

The 6-foot-1, 220-pound Whiting has committed to Ohio State University. He's been a starting linebacker for the Shamrocks the past two seasons, helping the school to a pair of state titles.

Whiting is No. 54 and Male's Justin Green checks in at No. 63 on Rivals.com's top 100. Green is a 5-foot-10, 178-pound running back who had over 2,000 all-purpose yards last season for the Bulldogs.

Jordan's team was not entered in the Louisville 7 on 7 but he was in attendance this past weekend as a spectator...more than likely doing a little recon on Justin Green.

Jordan Whiting & Justin Green

These two have known each other since they were 5 yrs. old, and have played together and against each other. It does us well here in Louisville, KY. to see both of these young men to get a chance to play together again for such a elite program in Columbus. There are a lot of unhappy people here, but as long a these young men are good with their decision, that is all that matters.:osu:

More love for Trinity LB

Some more love for Trinity senior linebacker Jordan Whiting.

The 6-foot-0, 220-pound Ohio State commitment is considered the top college prospect in the Class of 2009 statewide. He's the only in-state player listed among the "top rising high school seniors" section in the Athlon Sports preseason magazine.

Whiting has started for two years for the Shamrocks, helping the team win a state title each of those seasons.

Trinity opens the season Sept. 5 at Bowling Green.

Can anyone tell me how I can view the latest edition of Wall to Wall sports?
Would love to see the 09 class along with Jordan and Justin. I am in Louisville KY, I have gone to the WBNS 10TV web site, but cannot locate the segment.
