I'm sure it'd be cool to play for his dad, but with all respect to Maryland, they're not going to be playing for an NC anytime soon, or even a big 10 championship. And kai would never see Marylands crackerjack box stadium rumble like ohio stadium. So many positives in osu's direction, and that's not even including the weapons osu is and will continue bringing in

Clearly I am no talent evaluator, but I dont see anything remarkable in that film. he is fast but not blazing, competition looks very suspect. Kinda tall but not enough? i guess thats only sophmore tape he could grow more or get faster.. and that didnt show him throw so maybe he is very accurate? I just dont know.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, IMO of course he's not going to be a finished product but obviously our coaches feel that they can coach him up to where he needs to be

Actually his competition is quite good, hes in the highest football division for Maryland. My aunt works for the school and told me he's a great kid, very humble. His team opened against arguably one of the best teams in the state In Our Lady of Good Counsel and they also played NJ power, parasmus Catholic (jabrill peppers' school). Not a bad schedule since all 3 are ranked in the top usa today 100.
And he's 6'3-6'4'' and close to 200lbs, so he's not that small. Probably more of an athlete playing qb so far, but just needs to work on mechanics as he's usually one of the faster kids in the offense and can be more effective with his legs than arm. Lets not forget, braxton and JT didnt have the most passing yards in HS either, did a lot with their legs as well

Agreed that it didn't, because I mentioned before, he's still learning the position and maturing into it. His teamis more of a run oriented option squad, they use multiple RBs and kai is also used as a rrunner primarily. He has 803yds passing on the year with 5tds so far, with 795yds rushing with 14tds. Pure dual threat, but mostly as a runner. He'll need this summer and off season to work more at polishing his passing.
