looks like Xbox is still stuck in 2006 when everyone used CD's, still to this day the only way to put music on the hard drive is by ripping it to a CD...ugh

On my PS3 I actually transfer over the network. I don't even need a flash drive. No idea why the same thing is not possible with XBox.

I am able to stream my songs from my computer to my 360. I created the playlists in windows media player for each individual song and then can access them in custom sounds to use. This has worked fine for me in the game so far. However to truly hear the custom sounds you need to turn custom sounds to 100 and then turn down crowd noise and on field noise some. I have custom sounds at 100, master at 100, then rest of sounds at 90. If anyone else has found a better combination to make them sound better please let me know.

I streamed it to, but when I went to input the songs, it didn't show up

Go to your dashboard, music, then music player. Then go to saved playlists and see if the songs show up and your able to play them. If you are, then you should be able to play them in the game.

If for some reason they don't play, then you need to see if your 360 is actually connecting to your computer. I had some issues at first setting this up. Once I allowed my computer to share the music with my 360, they worked fine.

Also check in the windows media center settings for shared libraries. Make sure the library where the music is stored is added to the shared list.

when I go to the music player and click on my computer, it shows the song, but when I go to saved playlist, it says no playlists found, so I add the song to the playlist and try to save it on the 360 and it says it can only save playlists from the hard drive

what version of windows are you running?

Go into your windows media player and create one of the songs into a playlist to test. Then go back into your 360 and see if that saved playlist is showing up. If it isn't then it sounds like you haven't added that library to the shared folders list that the 360 can access.

lol, ok, so I was able to get the playlist I created for the one song, but when I went into the game, I hit preview..and no sound came out

Go ahead and create the other songs in playlists as well. When I first tried playing the songs in custom sounds it did the same thing. What i think happens is that it takes time for those songs to load into the game. I started hitting preview for the other playlists created and waited about 15 secs and they then started to play. I was then able to go back to the other songs that didn't play when previewed at first and was now able to preview those songs.

well the rest of my songs are on my hard drive so I had those setup already, it's just the one song i want

just noticed when I went back in it said <Error: Missing Playlist>

I know the song is in the playlist...when I go to select it, i noticed it's making me choose the name of the playlist and not the song in the playlist, not sure if that matters

Keep hitting the preview button after 30 secs or so if it isn't playing in the preview section. I don't know how big of a file that it is that your trying to upload but the file might not be fully loaded in the game. If your able to play the song in the music player on your 360 then everything is working fine on that end. I cant help ya any further if it wont play in the custom sounds section lol.
