Nick Saban (ex-HC Alabama Crimson Tide)

The things that made Mr. Sanders even win the few games that he won, NIL and transfer portal, are the things that are ruining college football.....so we should all take a long look at ourselves to see if that's what we want. Fucking hypocrite douchebag.
Maybe that's his not-so-subtle way of trying to throw his hat into the Saban replacement search?

He's saying those things made Saban quit, but he's using them to win games.

I wouldn't put it past that ego maniac to think it could work.

This is the current list:
Kiffin
Lanning
Smart
Sark
DeBoar

Bama hopes to have this wrapped up in 72 hours. If it’s not one of these guys, it could take longer. Lanning is said to be almost a done deal, but not quite.

The rumor is that Miss Terry’s health is why he retired. Just a rumor.
Re: Oregon and Dan Lanning have agreed to a six-year, $45 million contract extension that will keep the second-year coach with the Ducks through the 2028 season. The new deal increases Lanning's salary from $4.7 million to $7 million this season and will increase by $200,000 each year through the duration of the deal.

Lanning's new contract includes a $20 million buyout if he leaves at any point prior to the end of the deal.
It also fully-guaranteed, so Lanning will receive the entire amount if he is fired prior to the end of the 2028 season.

Just sayin': If Lanning ends up with the Alabama job, I'm sure that he'll get a fully guaranteed contract for more than $7M per year; however, somebody will owe the Ducks $20M.

..... and i still seriously wonder whether he benefited from Stalions.
They're known to have assisted a few other schools.
TCU and Nebraska were both schools he scouted. TCU used huddle for playoffs, but back to signals this year. Was this revenge?
Deion and CU media has consistently defended Harbaugh (for no obvious reason ?) and spread rumors about Day and Ohio State.
Why would they do that ?
Their team sure looked like world beaters for those 2 games, before scraping by a miserable G5 Colorado State in overtime.
Their oline looked really good against TCU and Corn... and like hot garbage against everyone else.

If Lanning bolts for Tuscaloosa, that might make next year's Buckeyes trip to Eugene a lot easier. It's really one of just maybe two tough games on the schedule.

$20M is pocket change for a buyout. Boosters will have that in 2 hours.

I’m hearing even more Thant Lanning is the guy and that Ms. Terry isn’t doing well. Dementia.
