OL Justin Boren (Official Thread)

And like I said, I would be very surprised if Justin Boren ended up with the Buckeyes.

They're covering the transfer on ESPN 2 right now, if anyone cares. I know I don't, but there isn't much on until 7:30. :tongue2:

Bob Griese thinks that Boren lost interest in Michigan and blamed it on the program.

Bob Greasy says "He never really liked Michigan, now he's just blaming it on the new coach"!

Never really liked TSUN? Sounds like a Buckeye to me.

Welcome home Justin.

I've never seen tOSU have this kind of depth at OL. Goodness.

The last time something like this happend within the rivalry, the team that got the transfers won a national championship. Coincidence?

Wow, just read this piece off th Dispatch web site. Which brings me to tie what I saw last night on ESPN's College Football Live. They did a piece on West Va. And the sentiment there , from what I took from the piece is they are not missing him there. Which poses the assumtion that maybe some of what Boren said holds merit.

All I know is that RichRod obviously has kind of come into Ann Arbor , guns a blazin acting a John Wayne type........kickin rear takin names etc. And some of the players are like .......dude your a mediocre coach who hasen't really accomplished anyhting except for maybe a few winning seasons, but nothing major. You have a style of Offense that you have yet to succeed in with the right players. And when I mean succeed , I mean accomplish great things. RichRod had Pat White as his QB, Steve Slaton at RB, a local kid from my area (Ft. Myers ) as a another compliment to Slaton...........and you didn't even use Slaton in your big games last yr. And you had a heck of an O-line. And you lost to Dave Wandstat and his Pitt Panthers, and also could not beat the University of South Florida the previous 2 seasons. I think he might be acting alittle big for his brithches if you ask me.

I give RichRod 2 to 3 yrs tops..........and if he doesn't have a Conferance title or a significant BCS bowl game win , he will be out. The UM faithful wll be screaming for some other flavor of the week.
