OL Michael Brewster (Official Thread)

I think that is what separates sports from other activities when we are young.

Sports allow us to form intimate friendships that last forever, especially football.

The best part for these guys is they haven't even been in battle together yet.

Imagine the brotherhood they will form, how strong those friendships will become, when they start to go through all the same joy and all the same pain.

That is how dynasties are formed my friends!!!

Scout.com: The Making of the Brew Crew: Part 3a

I believe this part of Bill Greene's "Making of the Brew Crew" is free...they have been some of the best recruiting articles I have ever read, so if you can read this one, have at it...

Part 1 was about Adams and Part 2 was about Stoneburner...

I've never been so thrilled about an offensive lineman as I am for Brewster. What a Buckeye.

Making of the Brew Crew part 3b...Mike talks about each of the verbals' personality and talks a little about some of the guys they haven't landed (i.e. Zordich). Also talks about how he handles coaches who still want to contact him. :sneaky:

It's pretty clear who Michael is talking about concerning the other player whose name he wouldn't reveal that got away. This truely is a special class coming together and Michael is the heart of it all. He really gets what it means to be a Buckeye.

Yep...seems Koger had many tricked. Oh well...maybe he will play DE and the Block O could send him their regards

Senior film...talk about finishing your blocks...wow. His timing on when to engage on traps and pulls is way beyond most high schoolers as well. And once he gets to the second level he just buries anyone in his path. Certainly one of the best HS OL films I have seen in the last few years...right up there with Byers. Certainly worthy of the 5-star rankings, IMO.

Top 5 player in the country, and best lineman in the country...I would also put Adams in the top 10 as well...

Those two are going to make some huge holes to run thru...
