Penn State 59, tOSU 73 ( Final)

This season looked a lot more promising 10 days ago. It's time to get back on track before it all slips away. Oh yeah, and it's Penn fucking State.

I hate to be negative, but if the Bucks don't step up and play better D, and show some passion in rebounding, then Battle and Cornley will chew em up and spit em out. Battle will penetrate the zone and Cornley will go after every rebound and get most of them. I just haven't seen the tenacity and intensity that this team needs to win big games. Hopefully this game starts a hot streak.

Question, why when the Bucks opponent misses a long three and the rebound bounces long, do the opponents seem to get the ball most of the time, and when the same thing happens on a Buck attempt, do the opponents also seem to get the rebound? Even when I see our guys diving on the floor for loose balls, it seems the opponents come up with the ball more often.

I wonder if Thad's back and foot issues, caused by his back are hurting the teams intensity. It seems like some of his earlier teams played with more urgency, maybe he was able to show more in practice, or get in guy's faces more, or maybe the pain, or discomfort he's feeling is distracting him a bit. Well this team better play with more urgency these last few weeks or they'll find themselves bounced off the bubble back into the NIT.

I hate to be down on the squad, but I just want them to play like they want it more and go after the game and the ball accordingly. Tonights is another game on the National stage for the Bucks to show that they belong in the Big Dance, c'mon boys, bring home the win.

1 hour-45 min till tip-off.

GO PSU! :)

I'll preface this by saying I know jack ish about tOSU's squad, and know generally just a bit more about BBall overall. With that being said, if Battle and/or Pringle are on beyond the arc, that opens it up for Battle's drives...if either of those two are on and one of both Cornley/Andrew Jones show up as bigs, PSU should be in this game if not win.

Also the young guns (Woodyard/Babb) are both better than Morrissey, collectively (offense-defense). I don't know if Morrissey's knee has stopped acting up or not, but if it hasn't I'll be very interested to see whether Chris Babb can hit a few deep 3s or not.

Don't worry. They will definitely be on from 3 range. There is really no need for Battle to drive just keep shooting the wide open J.

What he said.

Someone will be on from behind the arc I promise you. We are at the point of hoping it is only one guy.
