BTN thinks they need to give all of the member institutions their day. That's why Indiana beating Penn State is a "great" game. Hell, ANY team beating Penn State should be a memorable game, from the perspective of that other team. It doesn't happen very often. Enjoy this day, Pal - you won't get many like it.

Since joining the B1G in 1993, Ped is 108 - 68 .614 in conference, 183 - 87 .678 overall.

Unless you're Iowa, Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, Wisconsin or Minnesota.

I haven't paid attention, but has the BTN shown any Joe Ped coached games lately?

Penn State's 2008 game in Columbus has been on multiple times over the last few weeks --- including earlier this afternoon.

On a side note, I don't understand how the folk at BTN program. They will show a classic football game, but then repeat it ONE THOUSAND times over the next few weeks. I get that it is summer, but don't they have a little more inventory than that?!?!?!?

Nope.

The only crap that happened that day was a crappy decision. When it's 3rd-and-1 and you're leading the game and it's a defensive battle and there's only 11:00 left to play and you're already at mid-field, just take the snap and sneak it and get the first down and keep the drive alive and the clock moving. Don't try to play the hero and cut it outside.

I guess when you have that game and the 2005 game to live on you remember every play

Just helping your memory out (though I suspected you knew already).

2006 was the year you were looking for --- Malcolm Jenkins and Antonio Smith, back-to-back Buckeye TDs on back-to-back drives started by Penn State. I remember their names without looking it up. I remember all 22 OSU/PSU games in the B1G era.

I remember our rivalry game like that, not Penn State

For the old folk (like me) who remember 1995, I just ran into YouTube clips of that game. That was a tremendously good football game, both in terms of raw talent on the field, and both teams playing at a very high level. Ohio State won 28-25.
