I love the pedster who says that Pitt students couldn't get into Ped State. Does she have any idea that it's harder to get into Pitt than Ped State, and that's the main campus not the 78 or whatever branch campuses they operate.

I went over to BWI just to make sure they were alive. I hadn't heard anything from them and I was worried. Anyway, this thread became a little interesting:

BushwoodCC comes out whining about how he thinks Ohio State will get smoked in any bowl game (just like "the Big Ten always does"). He gives all kinds of facts that have no relevance to any football game at all. The next response is from someone named "tbux", who seems to be a Buckeye fan. (Let's see how long he gets to post over there.) He seems to take issue with the way Bushwood thinks Ohio State always loses in BCS games. Let's see how long that post remains. Copy/paste here in case it gets deleted there:

For the record Bushy, not that facts have ever had a material impact on your rants, we've played in 9 BCS games. Nobody in college football has won more BCS bowl games than Ohio State. Our record is 6 wins and 3 losses. We've played in 3 championship games. We've been underdogs in two and favored in one. Our record is 1 win and 2 losses. We won as a big underdog to an unbeatable defending champ Miami, lost as an underdog to the preseason national champion favorite LSU and got smoked as a big favorite to a hungry Gator team led by gifted, young coach named Urban Meyer. We are naturally disappointed in our losses, but proud of our teams record of superior performance necessary to earn an opportunity to play in the championship game.

Our non-championship game BCS record is 5 wins and 1 loss. The singular loss was a heartbreaker by 3 in the waning seconds to a favored Texas Longhorn team who went on to the championhip game the following year. Our 5 -1 record has come against teams from SEC, Big 12, Pac 12 and Independents and in bowl games ranging from Rose, Fiesta to Sugar.

Sorry if I interrupted your nonsensical rants, as I know facts are not of particular interest to you, but for the vast majority of Nittany Lion fans on here who value rational, informed thought and discourse, the above facts might be worthy of note.

That "Bushwood" character is downright frightening. I used to think that board was mainly populated by parody trolls, but it's gone on far too long for that. I can't even read it anymore. It honest to God scares me that there are people out there that nutty.


I've said it since the true seedy underbelly of the cult started showing itself two years ago...these lunatics need to be herded onto an island where they can ritualistically bugger eachother with little pedterno idols carved from drift wood. Cults, man. :shake:

Sadly, there's no way to come up with a snappy cheer for something like, 'Dear Leader is a pedophile enabler... Clap clap clap.'

It just doesn't work. You can't even make 'we are... enablers' work.

It's just too damn complex for cheer.
