Wow, I had no idea we were even in the race here or that Judkins was in the portal, and this happens. I actually have watched quite a bit of Judkins at Ole Miss and he is freaking dynamic, seriously he is an NFL talent.

Even if Henderson is back, Judkins is going to be a huge contributor next season. Ole Miss being a feeder portal school to OSU on their best players is kinda nice (looking at you Davison). Can't wait to see what he does in Columbus. I know we need to add OL pieces and probably fire Frye for it to really matter, but it is a huge net positive regardless while we try to improve the OL.

Welcome aboard!

I think it was Birm who commented having RB depth with the expanded playoffs was important. Love this

Yeah Judkins has rushed for 270 carries the last two years straight. Going into an expanded playoff system next year, it makes sense for a platoon style setup. I’m sure it will be appreciated by the backs as well to have healthy legs and body.

I'm curious why a kid having all-conference seasons at a D1 program transfers after a decent bowl win...?
Because Ole Miss is spending all their NIL money on new players and not showing love to the current roster. And Judkins is smart enough to know that another year of 270+ carries, like his first two at Ole Miss, is a bad thing for his NFL future and he wants a lighter load splitting carries while still getting scout’s attention in an explosive offense that will make a championship run.

Ole Miss brought in 12 players and is losing 16 for the reason @Buckeye86 stated. It's a bold move by Kiffin to piss off your current players to bring in so many guys that you don't know. I can appreciate Day not taking that mercenary route. As its only a 1yr fix, because those same players will worry next year that they'll have lesser deals than Portal entries who Ole Miss will pursue.
