SG Kameron Williams (Sayago - Uruguay)

He is a shooter, no doubt about that. He will help spread the floor for sure. I think he is one of the main guys that Matta will have running off screens trying to get open for 3s. He can catch & shoot really well and he also can shot fake, put it on the floor and hit the pull up jumper.

My main concern from watching him in a couple of his high school games earlier this year is defense. When he gets to college will have to get stronger and play harder and tougher on D in order to merit PT at OSU. You have to be a solid player on the D end in order to earn PT under Matta.

He will be an interesting player to watch next fall. Hopefully he'll give a solid defensive effort on the court.

A Baltimore Sun column from 3/22/13 indicated Kam has been chosen to the Baltimore All-Metro first team. The summary of facts for him was that he is a 3-time All-Metro first team selection, scored over 2,000 career points in 3 years, averaged 21 ppg this past season to go along with 3 rb and 2 ast, led his team to BCL tourney title this past year, scored 20 or more points in 27 of the team's 39 games and had 3 games of 30+ points, and he was named to the all-tournament team in all four tournaments MSJ played in this past season.
