incorrect. Jake is doing his Jake impression.

If you have something on your mind, let it out. Frankly, I can't recall ever having an exchange with you so if there's a problem I have no idea of its origins.

Mike is being Mike, always knowing what other people really mean no matter what they say. It's a neat trick, since no matter how they respond you can always claim they're lying and you were right all along.

Thankfully, few people want to emulate him.

Who said anyone was lying?

Way to assume again, Jake.

Please explain

Considering it was done at a time when tOSU was also on probation - albeit for much lesser offenses - the notion that we should be telling others to suspend their football program is ill-timed, at best.

I'm confident you can understand what I'm saying, even if you disagree with it. Mike, on the other hand, may be a tad confused.

Mike, you play this game all the time. Someone asks ME a question, and you tell them my answer. It doesn't require an assumption to learn from the past.

Who is telling Ped State to suspend their program? What's the title of this thread again? I'm totally sure an OPINION POLL, which you clearly have issues with people disagreeing with you on, really matters in the great scheme of the world :roll1:

In fact, scratch that, I'd bet you want Ped State to suspend it's program, but you couldn't resist the chance to troll people yet again.

I'm confident you can understand what I'm saying, even if you disagree with it. Mike, on the other hand, may be a tad confused.

Hell I'm just shocked you answered his question. Your MO is to hit and run with trolling commentary that makes little to no sense whatsoever.

i see your point, but as an outsider, I gotta disagree.

OSU was penalized, because their coach knew about and covered-up Tattoos.

PSU coach knew about and covered up child rape.

so being since they were just penalized for a coverup, OSU would have a more personal opinion on what punishment should be handed down for covering up something so unimaginably horrific in nature.

I asked to be sure, and so I wouldn't be putting words in your mouth with my reply.

I guess, to me, it's like saying the innocent sibling of a petty thief is being hypocritical by saying the serial rapist should be in prison.

Where did I say anyone was lying? Point it out please or STFU, not that you will.

Be coy with someone else, Mike. I have no desire to spend the evening searching through old threads of you playing this same game with me in order to "win" this little pissing contest. We both know this isn't the first time.

As for "STFU" you are under no obligation to read, or respond to, anything I post. Feel free to make whatever adjustments you feel are necessary to alleviate this problem.

Have a nice night, Mike.

That's fair. I don't think it's that extreme but I could see how someone else might see it differently. Not a big deal either way.

I'm glad PoSU still has a program. It's too much fun beating their sorry asses.

I still think the option between suspending the whole football program and the probation they received would have been the right punishment.

No home games for them for a 2-year period. That would have prevented Bumbleby O'Barnyard from saying "you'll still be able to play in front of 108,000 fans", and it would have penalized everybody associated with the program, forcing them to re-evaluate their football 'cult'-ure. Harsh, yes, but not as bad as wiping away their team completely for a period of years. The 2-year period would have been needed in order to balance out the number of additional home games for their divisional opponents.

And the other nonsense should find its way to PMs.

I like your idea of no home games, but that may force their hand to just suspend football for those years without the revenue.

I would have liked to see no football scholarships for 4 years. Not winning a game for a few years would go a long way.
