CAMPOBELLO, S.C. -- A Campobello woman says she witnessed her neighbor doing the unthinkable.

Cory Michael Williamson’s neighbor told sheriff’s deputies that she saw the teen having sexual contact with her 6-month-old dog over the weekend.

Williamson, 17, is now in the Spartanburg County Detention Center charged with buggery.


Last year, Williamson was charged with criminal sexual conduct against a 4-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl.

The solicitor's office said Wednesday morning that it has petitioned a circuit judge to revoke bond for Williamson.

The hearing is scheduled for next Friday.

<!-- STORY TEXT --><!--ARTICLE BODY TEXT--> Three convicted sex offenders from El Paso received erectile dysfunction drugs through Medicaid, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbot announced Friday.

"Giving sex-enhancing drugs like Viagra to a convicted sex offender is like giving a can of gasoline to an arsonist and then lighting the match," Abbott said in announcing that his office found that 191 sex offenders in 60 Texas counties obtained sex-enhancing drugs through the state's Medicaid program.

The El Paso sex offenders, whose names have not been released because of federal privacy regulations, are not known to have repeated an offense after taking the drugs. But two sex offenders from the San Antonio area were arrested after having prescriptions for erectile dysfunction paid for through the taxpayer-supported Medicaid program, Abbott said Friday.

Officials said they would act quickly to prevent sex offenders from receiving sex-enhancing drugs through Medicaid.

"The days of taxpayer-funded sexual-enhancement drugs for sex offenders will be over after new laws are passed and go into effect," said Jerry Strickland, press secretary for the attorney general's office.

Officials of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission said in a statement earlier this week that a system to compare the state's Medicaid and sex offender databases will be established to prevent convicted sex criminals from receiving sex-enhancing drugs.

Experts in El Paso described the drugs as a potentially dangerous temptation for sex criminals.

But some involved could be past offenders who are now leading normal lives and using sex-enhancing drugs for their intended purpose.

John Peterson, a criminal justice instructor at El Paso Community College, said studies need to be done to determine the impact of those drugs on sex offenders.

"It would lead me to believe that it would enhance recidivism, but I haven't seen any studies on it," Peterson said. "Because he's a sex offender does not mean that the sex offender isn't married."

Sadly, I have heard of this stuff before. I have a friend who used to work for the OH Dept. of Youth Services. One kid she came across was also in the system for sexually assaulting children. He was on some type of work farm at one point and they caught him with a chicken!

I don't see what the big deal is. I've slept with dogs before. Hell, in the old days once I got a six pack in me there was no telling how ugly the chick I was going to take home was going to be. This one chick must have been 300 pounds and but fucking ugly (even for a 300 pound chick). My buddies teased me because I was doing a pig and a dog at the same time.

I knew a guy who was in a frat,and they would have the contest to see who bedded the ugliest chick - a frat brother of his always thought this was a great thing - until one time when he found out that he was the "prize" of a Sorority doing the same thing.

ok... so he molested a 13 yr old and a 4 yr old, and he is still breathing? yeah ok why? thus far he has totally destroyed the life of 2 children. hell, he might as well have killed them the emotional shit he has done to them. both those two girls, their family, and friends will be dealing with the emotional shitstorm from that for LIFE. just put a bullet in him.

For that, you get a bonus from me martinss01. I knew a guy who had molested cats in high school and had switched schools three times in a year trying to escape the "stigma". He killed the cats, and while that's sick, its nowhere near as bad as this S.O.B.
