How many people here have actually seen Terrelle play in person?

I've only seen highlight films of him, and while he does seem to have a pretty strong arm, his mechanics and his release look like they need a lot of work.

He's an unbelievable athlete, and I do think he deserves his #1 ranking, but I think that he's a kid that has to redshirt regardless of where he goes. I just don't think he's a good enough passer to play as a true freshman.

Please don't bring up Tim Tebow playing as a true freshman at Florida, because Tim threw for more yards and touchdowns in his junior season of high school than Terrelle threw in his entire high school career. Tim was a very polished passer coming out of high school and he holds pretty much every state high school passing record in Florida.

Pryor is unbelievably talented but he's also very raw as a QB.

Might suggest you take your own medicine before projecting.

High school stats are meaningless and especially with Pryor because he only played the first half in 90% of his team's games.

Thanks to whoever split this. To elaborate on my "ummmm, no he didn't" comment:

Tebow set the career record for total offense in Florida with 13,042 yards and the career touchdown record with 159 TDs (96 passing 53 rushing), which, while impressive, is hardly shattering "every state record in Florida" as our good friend Oswho? so intelligently put it. And to take my rebuttal to it's smart ass conclusion I would like to point out that Tebow didn't break the state sack record, which would be required for him to shatter every state record.
