Well Texas hasn't been a top-10 team anytime in the last 3 weeks of the season. I trust that the Committee is going to be able to see through some of the BS and go with OSU at #1 as they should.

It's a win over a 7-5 P5 team on the road. Basically like Indiana.

After last night, I don't think there's any danger of that mindset setting in. In retrospect, getting their teeth kicked in the first half may have been the best thing to happen to them all season...

Strangely, the committee fuckery doesn't even phase me anymore. Hasn't all year and it wasn't going to start now. If LSU was #1, barely skated by #4 Georgia while #2 Ohio State blasted Wisconsin by 40, no way in hell do the Buckeyes jump LSU.

I honestly hope it is not that they just preferred not to have OSU-Oklahoma in Atlanta and Clemson-LSU in Arizona, but I suspect that this may have been a real factor in their decision.

Rob Mullens trying to justify LSU over the Buckeyes is pretty laughable. He just said strength of schedule is an important element. Obviously not as important since OSU has a better SOS then LSU does. He also said that Georgia was still in discussion for the 4 seed with Oklahoma, GTFOH.

Give me a break. Georgia dropped several passes and missed 2 field goals. They didn't only score 10 because LSU's defense was so dominant. The Dawgs were just a train wreck.
