I have made jokes about the offense after some claimed it was the best of all time.

But we all know the talent on the offensive side of the ball. A QB that threw for over 3400 fucking yards last year and 30+ what ever the fucking TDs. Elliot. A TE that is probably NFL bound. Mike Can't Guard Me Thomas. Marshall. Braxton. Samuel. 4 returning Olinemen of which 2 are headed to the NFL.

And you can't gain 150 fucking yards in a game? I don't give a fuck if it is MSU. We should be able to gain 150 yards with that talent against the fucking Greenbay Packers.

Watching this shit show all year has been painful. It is embarrassing the riches we have wasted on the offensive side of the ball this year. We miss Herman something awful. Beck is fucking pathetic I don't give a shit what he does from here. It is embarrassing. It is not the Oline playing bad. It is the fact that the defense is well prepared and have a great idea what is about to happen each play because we are terribly predictable. No imagination what so ever.

It reminds me of when Fickell was HC. Fucking embarrassing with the talent we have.

And then to watch teams like Baylor, Stanford, TCU, and Wash St put up 50 on everyone like we did last year.

What makes this so frustrating is that this team has so much more talent and potential and hasn't lived up to it. This team should have been able to win this game and probably without much drama if they played like we know they are capable of.

Agreed but this shows why repeating is so incredibly difficult; the reality is, the hunger to prove yourself is no longer there. The hunger to prove everyone wrong - we fought all year to try to prove everyone RIGHT.

I'm not optimistic at all for this next game either... so we face a better defense with a team that also won't be playing us with the back up QB and we are suppose to win? It's still not crazy to think we can beat THEM but damn I wouldn't bet on it
