Seen them live actually; can't claim to be a fan, but I like some of their newer stuff and aside from their (mostly) insane, 12 year old, pre-pubescent fan base, their a remotely tolerable live act. The rest of the "band" though... yeah, retarded.

Sister Hazel did had something going with Blues Traveler. Their harmonica player, the "large" guy - yeah, freaking amazing.

I love the Chili Peppers, but I'd probably toss my (empty) beer bottle at ANYONE playing the damn Victors' near or within Ohio borders..... except Toledo, they can fuckin' have Toledo.

Btw; how have we not mentioned these fucks yet?

YouTube - ICP - lets go all the way

I remember everybody in high school listening to those jackass'. One time I had Cypress hill playin, some kid comes up and says "Yo dude, you do ICP??"
I said "No, do you suck dick?" - his response, "well you listen to Cypress so you must like ICP".

How in the blue hell are those comparable? - I'll never know.

+1......icp blows

+1 for Creed and Nickelback. If we can count individual artists I'd add Amy Winehouse and Lil Wayne.
Amy Winehouse is a crackhead, skank, ho', but underneath the filth and crack smoke, she has an amazing voice and vocal style-will we ever hear it again on record-doubtful.......

As far as my own worst bands ever, Tonic and Fuel can fight it out in the Annoying Byatchlympics.

Well, if you want to hear that sound again, you should check out Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings. The DKs were the backing band for AW on Back to Black, so there's a similar vibe. SJ has a different vocal quality, but it's still solid.

And now, back to discussions of Stryper...

Rap. Following at a close second, Country.
Oh yeah. Country + Rap = CRap.

I do like some of the old school rap artists though, the ones that didn't take themselves or their hard-core gang-banging image too seriously. Public Enemy comes to mind.

I love Flavor Flav screaming "California, are you ready?" at the beginning of this. He sounds like Mr. Hanky, the Christmas Poo.

This concert had to be absolutely fucking nuts. :banger:

I assume the Jonas Brothers were early victims on this thread, if not, why?

Anyone old enough to remember Herman's Hermits? Truly awful stuff in the very heart of the best of rock and roll.

Bobby Goldsboro and his "And honey I miss you and I'm being good, and I long to be with you if only I could." Yuck!

Crimson and Velvet, Tommy James and the Shondells, could well be one of the most irritating songs ever foisted on the listening public, even now my fillings itch when I think of that song.
