WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion)

Obviously way too soon...but...

Regardless of the competition, Braxton has shown his ability to take over games with his athleticism. Assuming he can stay on the field, he can certainly put up the type of numbers to earn an invite to the Heisman ceremony, especially if the Buckeyes managed to run the table. Don't forget, if he doesn't start cramping up he could have EASILY had 5 scores and over 400 yards. Urban didn't seem inclined to back off at all, and the Redhawks didn't have an answer for him.

Regardless, he should go into next season as a preseason favorite ("a", not necessarily "the") to win the Heisman.

Yep, if he learns to drink Gatorade there's no doubt he can win the Heisman someday.

The competition is going to get tougher. Miller is showing good progress but Heisman talk is silly at this point.

I also think his carries need to be limited a bit. He's going to take some big hits.

This.

All of a sudden Ohio State is very thin at running back. Braxton is taking some shots and the depth we all thought we had at running back is looking very suspect.

After seeing Penn State and Wisconsin play, I'm not so sure about that. Nebraska's D is currently giving up 400 yards to UCLA in a half. Sparty and Purdue are probably the only two Ds that can put the clamps on Braxton.
