WR Brian Robiskie (Official Thread)

That person getting his numbers could be beanie wells on the ground because I believe its going to be tough to get the ball out of his hands this year. But when defenses start focusing on beanie hopefully robiskie and the rest of the receivers can step up and make them pay.

At this point, its not the WRs I'm worried about making plays when they have to (ESPECIALLY Robiskie, remember PSU and his long play against Michigan?), its the guy who's gonna be getting them the ball that I'm more worried about (although hopefully the QB situation will work itself out).

"Robo" Working Hard in Off-Season

Brian Robiskie

Brian Robiskie was banged up a little in the Spring Game, but that has not kept him from working as hard as possible in the off-season to get his body ready for the heart of the Big Ten schedule. Adam Jardy brings us up to date with Robiskie's progression in a Special To Scout.com.

Nothing is mandatory right now for the Ohio State football team. There are no scrimmages, no film sessions and no organized workouts. At the same time, head coach Jim Tressel describes this time period between the end of spring football and the start of fall camp as the most important part of the year for his team.

Cont'd ...

There's some talk that Washington is feeling they can pull the upset.
Maybe they're thinking that if they sell out stopping Beanie we won't be able to make plays in the passing game.
Robo and friends will have to help out or things could be tough for the new guys on offense.
Regardless, I look for a tough game in Washington.

Washington State thought they would give us a game, too (yes, I know it was at home). We are going to unload on UDub. Our guys will feel like they've got a lot to prove after their last appearance on national tv.

Washington is down and will take years to get back to the level of the teams they had before.
Many believe that as long as USC is so dominant out west, Washington won't get the recruits to get back.
But, playing at home, they will be a pain in the ass!

I had to use the search function to find Robo's thread. Are you kidding me? Let's see, 9 catches for 150 something yards, fielded punts, blocked when needed. Quiet, efficient day. This guy is a player.
