WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

I fixed it.

It is from Nov., but I don't believe he's as wide open as is reported. I think there's probably 5-6 schools left from what I've read. I also think it comes down to OSU, UF, Texas, or USC. Those are the only programs who are equally good at both bball and fball & USC is a stretch right now on bball side of that equation. ND and Pitt could lay claim, but they are both a notch down compared to the first group. If he really wants the opportunity to win a NC in both sports, he'll pick OSU, UF or Texas.

A basketball title at UF just became exponetially harder with the departure of their five two-year+ starters who just won the last two national titles. With Matta's recent recruiting and coaching, OSU looks to have the best shot at a basketball title out of all...

..not to mention the haul JT's pulling in. It all begins in the trenches, and with the linemen we're recruiting...look out.

I've only heard this as a rumor and feelings, everything ive heard from terrelle's interiviews is that he is wide open at this point
Recruits are never "wide open" - they all have favorites from day one. Pryor likes Ohio State, a lot. Will he end up a Buckeye? Who knows, but Ohio State certainly has a very good chance.

Hes friends with Mike Adams and and few other n.ew commitments. They wont let him slip away that easy.
DeVier Posey is close to Pryor, and he's the "point man" in Terrelle's recruitment.

i think UF is out of it.at least from a basketball stand point.theyre done in basketball.

Why is everyone writing UF off in BBall?

They have 4 top 100 players on their roster and three more coming in this fall. Donovan has proven he can rebuild quickly.

And their football recruiting is just sick - including four OL the past two years who were rated in the top 15 at their position. If I am a top drawer QB I want to come in a couple years after the great OL classes - not with them.

The biggest difference between OSU and UF in both sports the past few years is that UF has actually won three National Championships.

Not trying to be a negative Nellie - just trying to keep some perspective.
