I have a lot of respect for De La Cruz learning english. He didn't have to, and he's got enough on his plate living in a different country and trying to succeed at the highest level of the game, so it shows a work ethic.
If you believe the rumors that Alford had kind of stopped grinding, especially on the recruiting trail, I don't see how that could be the case with Locklyn. He obviously still has a lot to prove as a coach.
