Rivals Premium

Here is a new name whose stock is rising fast. He has offers from Florida, FSU and others. Apparantly, tOSU is close to offering pending his transcripts (but that appears to be a formality because the writer of the article stated that he is a full qualifier).

'04 states through 4 games include 76 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, five sacks, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

Not sure how accurate it is but it's funny to see a California kid with offers from Florida St., Florida, Alabama and soon to be Ohio State yet on his Rivals profile it shows no interest from schools like USC, UCLA and Cal.

Yeah, but SuperPrep shows interest from both UCLA and USC, along with Oregon State and Washington.

From the latest update on Rivals linked by 86:

Oddly enough the only consistent Pac-10 recruiting action is coming from Oregon and Washington. Both schools call Miller every week. The Huskies are talking visits with Miller.

UCLA isn't exactly a powerhouse and Cal isn't overflowing with quality players although they are ranked and playing well this year. Just found it strange that he has no offer and not a whole lot of interest from the top California schools but has offers from the likes of Florida State and Florida. It doesn't have to mean anything, just seems odd to me.

great news but I hope this doesn't mean that we are losing out on our other prospects, like McCoy and Felder. Those are the two I want the most and then we could add one of the following:

Beckum, Hodge, Lennix, Miller, Spitler, or anyone else we are in on.
