Webb says his favorites are Michigan, Arkansas, Texas, Florida and Notre Dame. He also has offers from LSU, Nebraska, Ohio State, Auburn and others totaling 17. Webb has camped at Texas, Arkansas, Michigan and Notre Dame.
Personal Take:
This is probably a verbal offer that is designed to further network in the South. With the crop of in-state talent this year, I find it hard to believe the staff is truly targeting Bartley.
