Syracuse, Wake Forest, Miami, Georgia, NC State, and Boston College are the schools that have been recruiting him. He has no scholarship offers to date, and he is still wide open in terms of his recruitment.

    No mention of Ohio State.....:(

Gurley has been doing well on the AAU circuit, he is the leading scorer for his team. Most of the ACC schools are interested in him. It looks like NC State, Wake and Memphis are his top teams right now. NC State recently visited with him and he is interested.

Gurley's commitment will have no effect on Conley if that is what you are thinking. Gurley will play SG unless it is necessary for him to play point. Equate it to Cook acting as a deterent to Lighty.

:( Well I got my hopes up for a sec... I haven't been following Wake's recruits as closely. Thanks for setting me straight

This may not be a deterant for Mr. Conley, but it can't hurt--especially if there is another big man (besides Oden) in the future for WF. As we all know C & O will more than likely be a package deal.
