Anthony Bowman

Height: 5-foot-11
Weight: 175 pounds
40-yard dash: 4.4 seconds

Anthony Bowman has offers from many schools, including Iowa, Illinois, Michigan State, Northwestern, Purdue, Washington and Wisconsin.

He is currently verbaled to Iowa, but he is really good friends with Aaron Gant, and rumors are going around that he may be visiting OSU soon. Hes a Santonio Holmes clone, and could end up as a pleasant surprise in this class.

Also a new rumor that Darrin Walls might decommit from ND and come to Ohio State, assuming we get Lyons. They are supposedly good friends.

Wont read much into either.......Too much "speculation" for me.

Just to let you know, we have a thread alreay going about this in the Rumor Mill. Check it out if you want too or have heard anything new.

Should be interesting what this kid can do. I think he might be visiting a little too late as our class begins to fill. I would love to find another sleeper ala Holmes, so his recruitment should be interesting.

I just saw this thread on Bucknuts a few minutes ago, and they said he was a 4 star reciever before he committed.

The scout story says that Anthony Bowman committed to Iowa last June He played RB (764 and six TDs). He also played FS. He's projected as a RB, DB, or WR in college. He's visiting this weekend.


Along with Bowman, Gant, Thad, and Connor Smith are vising this weekend.

Wow we are really getting some nice potential surprises. If we were to get Bowman and Grant, our chances have to be much better with Dionte Allen for 07' and he may be a 5 star. Not to mention Gant and Bowman look like some nice prospects.
